People
We hire people who’ve done this before - or who learn fast enough that it doesn’t matter. Small team, high talent density. Everyone here is unusually good at what they do, and everyone has real equity in the outcome.
Ownership
You own your work from start to finish. No committees. No approval chains for decisions you’re qualified to make. We trust you to ship, and we trust you to ask for help when you need it. If you need permission to do your job, something is broken.
Speed
We ship fast because enterprise teams are stuck now - not next quarter. Weekly releases, not quarterly roadmaps. Progress over perfection. The best version of something is the one that exists and is solving a real problem.

We're an in-person team with offices in San Francisco and Australia. We think the best work happens when smart people are in the same room building together, thinking out loud, and moving fast. Remote isn't on the table, but we're happy to work with you on relocation to either hub.

We move fast, but we're deliberate about it. You'll ship more here in a month than most people ship in a quarter — and you'll know exactly why each thing matters.
